1. Acceptance of Terms & Age Gate

- Advertise or solicit commercial sexual services or prostitution.
- Post contact details, photos, or personal data of third parties without their informed consent.
- Impersonate another person, create fake underage profiles, or engage in doxxing, harassment, or fraud.
- Share intimate images of anyone without clear consent (including “revenge porn”).
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose under Kenyan or other applicable law.
We may remove content, suspend accounts, or cooperate with lawful requests from authorities when we become aware of violations. Report concerns via Report Abuse.
4. Accounts, Profiles & Accuracy
You must provide accurate information when registering. Phone numbers and profile details you publish are shared at your own risk. You agree to keep credentials secure and to request deletion of your account if you no longer wish to appear on the Platform.
5. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability
You assume all risks arising from sharing personal identifiers (including phone numbers and social handles) and from any offline meeting or communication with other users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for real-world interactions, disputes, losses, injuries, illegal activities, or damages arising from connections made through the site, user content, or third-party conduct. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform and its operators from claims arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
Platform design, branding, and original site materials belong to the operator. User content remains the responsibility of the posting user; by posting, you grant us a licence to host and display that content for Platform operation.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or Guidelines, or for legal and safety reasons. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time via Contact or Report Abuse / data requests.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Kenya, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
